Joe is a civil litigator that practices in the areas of business and construction litigation, real estate litigation, malpractice, and personal injury. Joe has represented individuals and businesses through trial and appeal throughout the Carolinas for the past fifteen years. His experience has ranged from prosecuting and defending against simple breach of contract cases to litigating multi-million dollar disputes. Regardless of the size of the fight, Joe brings the same passion in helping his clients navigate their legal issues.
Joe graduated from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2011 and is licensed to practice in all state and federal courts in North and South Carolina. His application for his Georgia license is pending, and will soon be able to apply his experience from the Carolinas throughout Georgia.
